Rod is a registered pharmacist, a certified consultant pharmacist and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His forward thinking strategies and strong business sense brought him from Director of Pharmacy for one of New Jersey’s prominent psychiatric facilities to Executive Vice President, COO for one of New Jersey’s leading institutional pharmacies and subsequently to Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey division of the third largest institutional pharmacy in the United States. Rod is well respected in the long term care industry where he is well known for his collaborative, responsive and personal approach to customer service. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the Ernest Mario College of Pharmacy at Rutgers University. At ReUnion Rx, Rod is responsible for all ancillary departments and services provided such as billing, education, and clinical needs.
Jennifer is a registered pharmacist, well known throughout New Jersey for her eighteen years of experience in the management of institutional pharmacy operations. She served as Director of Pharmacy for a start-up long-term care pharmacy operation in the early 1990s, and in 1995, she assumed the position of Regional Vice President of Corporate Pharmacy Operations for a large institutional pharmacy in New Jersey. In 1998, she was a founding partner of one of New Jersey’s most successful institutional pharmacies where she served as COO and Executive Vice President of Operations and supervised a staff of over four hundred associates. It was here that Jennifer was instrumental in the establishment of a JCAHO accredited infusion company and the implementation of a state-of-the-art paperless pharmacy system. Prior to the founding of ReUnion Rx, Jennifer served as Vice President of Operations of the New Jersey division of the third largest institutional pharmacies in the United States. At ReUnion Rx, Jennifer is responsible for directing pharmacy operations to ensure all medications and services are delivered accurately and timely.
Karen is a registered professional nurse and brings a wide range of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, long term care and institutional pharmacy to ReUnion Rx. She was responsible for corporate quality assurance at three New Jersey long term care facilities and has also served as a Director of Nursing. Since 1994, Karen has served as a Nurse Account Manager for three of New Jersey’s largest institutional pharmacies. In this position, she has been the primary business contact between the pharmacy and the facilities and has been responsible for conflict resolution and client satisfaction with pharmacy services. At ReUnion Rx, Karen directs the customer service and medical records departments and work with facility staff to assure the consistent delivery of quality pharmacy services and educational needs.
